Volunteer
Throughout the year, volunteers assist with public programs, clerical tasks, landscaping, collections care, research, special events and in the Museum Shop. We are grateful for their generous contribution of time and talents to support museum programming and operations.
At this time, volunteers are needed to:
- Read stories, greet visitors and help with craft activities at our Hands-On History and Family Festival programs
- Prepare special program notices and appeal mailings
- Plant and maintain our garden
- Create a digital archive of our slides, photos and news clippings
- Keep our mailing lists and membership rosters updated
- Organize our office and craft supplies
- Bring your retail experience to our Museum Shop
