A zine launch with King Manor and Melting Metropolis
Summer is a dichotomy of danger and delight. Extreme heat is the leading cause of weather-related deaths in NYC. Residents in Southeast Queens and The Rockaways are some of the most at risk of dying of extreme heat. All while summer invites pleasure and fun.
Celebrate the end of this paradoxical season with a reading and zine* launch of Living in a Melting Metropolis: Our Memories of Summer.
