Student Internships and Community Service

High school

Students in grades 9-12 can complete some of their required community service hours at King Manor with a range of service opportunities to develop professional skills, discover non-profit work, and engage with the community. As a student volunteer, you can:

  • Help museum staff run our public programs, such as Hands on History

  • Assist with the museum’s daily operations, including exhibit installation, graphic design, and research projects.

  • Speak multiple languages? Working on a scouting award? With museum staff guidance, students have the opportunity to work on projects relevant to their interests and skills.

Undergraduate and Graduate Internships

King Manor offers internship opportunities for college and graduate students interested in non-profit work or gaining valuable experience in curatorial work, collections management, museum administration, and museum education. Opportunities vary based on need and student interest. For more information, please inquire by email with a resume.
