We The People Civics Fair

King Manor is excited to be participating in this year’s Civic Season programming! Our Civics Fair will include booths with activities from local organizations including NAACP, South Queens Womens’ March, G!rl Be Heard, and Abuela Neighborhood Maintenance. We will also have activist sign making hosted by G!rl Be Heard (advanced registration suggested, see below), spray-painting on t-shirts with ANM, and a poetry reading by David Mills!

This event is free and open to the public.

12-4pm // Booths outdoors with giveaways, activities, and information

12-12:45pm // Quill & Ink writing in our classroom

1-1:45pm // Activist Sign workshop with G!rl Be Heard in our classroom

2pm // Poetry reading of Boneyarn by David Mills in our Parlor

3-3:45pm // Activist Sign workshop with Girl Be Heard in our classroom
